Clutch for K1300s

Hi!
New to this forum, been reading a bit by using google translate as i don't speak or read german.
I am in the process of working on my clutch, had slight vibrations and a noise/rattle wich during this summer increased. Pulling the clutchlever in would make it go away.
So during storage this winter i thought about taking the clutch out of the bike for inspektion.
Frictionplates and steel's were in excellent order, pressureplate and hub had no wear at all.
But i am surprised as to the parts i found in the bike.
Hub is stamped 06, basket is stamped 07. Bike is built in february 2009. But the oilholes in the hub are correctly drilled for the frictionplates as of later models. It also has the bellville spring and washer also found in later models. the clutch is the one fitted in factory.
There are some problems anyhow, the 4 main damping springs have been compressed so they are 3mm to short, this makes them rattle like
in the basket, also this means they do not dampen the oscillation from the crank as they should.
Has anybody found a source to buy new?
Second problem is an oilproblem, lack of oil between the maingear and scissorgear, this has caused severe fretting corrossion of the surfaces.
If i can not source new springs i am thinking about making shims, one at each end of the spring. These will be made from high grade toolsteel. I made a test out of aluminium which can be seen in the pics.
The fretting can not be corrected, damage is already done, but i am thinking of putting a coat of Molykote D321R on the surfaces of the gears to help prevent further damage. Still waiting to see what Dupont thinks of using this kind of lubricant in an enviroment that at least get a drop of oil a year or so.
I will gladly take any ideas and wisdom you have learnt over the years on these bike's.
